- To pay prices that were agreed, on time and in full
- To buy quantities that were agreed, on time and in full

What does Membership Mean?
The DECENT Alliance is a concerted and earnest effort to work together to put small-scale and independent food back at the heart of the food system.
All alliance members maintain full independence, autonomy and sovereignty. You are not obliged to participate beyond what you feel is appropriate for your circumstances, and you are free to withdraw from the alliance at any time.
During the establishment phase, involvement as a Founding Member is relatively discreet and limited to being displayed as a member organisation on the DecentAlliance.com website, being invited to occasional member calls, and receiving alliance progress updates.
There are no fees during the establishment phase and any future fee structure will be discussed and agreed to before commitment.
